Ingredients
1large onion chopped
2ripe tomato chopped
1 carrot
1capsicum
1 cup of cauliflower florets
1/4cup of coconut pieces
3 to 4 garlic pods
1small piece of ginger
1tbsp of fennel seeds
Small piece cinnamon
1tbsp of chilli powder
1/4tsp of turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Oil as needed
1/2tbsp of garam masala
Method
Chop all the Veggies. Onions,tomatoes carrot, Capsicum and cauliflower. Keep ready
In a mixie jar. Add coconut pieces with garlic, ginger, fennel seeds and cinnamon. Grind it to smooth paste. Keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds to crackle. With onion, greenchilli and curry leaves. Sauté well
Add tomatoes.cook well until it turns mushy.
Add salt to taste.
Add 1tbsp chilli powder
Quarter tbsp of turmeric powder
Half tbsp of garam masala
Mix well. Add the ground coconut paste. Add water to adjust the consistency. Cook for 1 whistle. Once pressure Downs.
Garnish with coriander leaves. Yummy vegetable korma is ready.
