Ingredients
2 finely sliced large onions
curry leaves
1cup of besan flour
2tbsp of rice flour
1/2tbsp of chilli powder
A pinch of baking soda
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves
Oil For fry
Method
Add thinly sliced onions in a wide bowl.
Add a handful of fresh curry leaves. It gives nice flavour to the bonda.
Sieve the besan flour and add.
Add 2 tbsp of rice flour. So that it gives crispness to it
Add 1/2tbsp of chilli powder
Salt to taste
Add water little by little. Mix well.
Add a handful of fresh coriander leaves. Heat oil in a kadai. And make bondas.
Yummy and Crispy evening snack is ready. Enjoy it with a cup of strong chai... It's bliss ful on rainy evenings...
