Ingredients:
Cabbage 250grms shredded or thinly slices
Large onion 1 no
Green chilli's 3no
Curry leaves one string
Oil as needed
Mustard seed 1tbsp
Channa dal 1tbsp
Salt as per taste
Method :
Heat oil in a pan. Once oil gets heated add the mustard seeds to splutter. Then add channa dal. Fry for about a minute.
Add the sliced onions, greenchilli with curry leaves fry until onion gets cooked.
Once done add the sliced and washed Cabbage into.
Add salt to taste with a cup of water. Mix well and let it get cooked.
Add coconut (optional). Fry for a minute.
