Ingredients :
Brocoli small sized one
Small onions 10 nos chopped
Tomato 2 nos chopped
Greenchilli 3nos
Curry leaves 1string
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/4tsbp
Chilli powder 1/2tsbp
Mustard seeds 1/4tsbp
Salt as needed
Oil as needed
Method:
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds to crackle.
Add the onion, greenchilli with curry leaves Sauté until onions turns glossy.
Add the chopped tomatos until it turns mushy.
Add the ginger garlic paste and cook until raw smell goes off.
Add the chopped Brocoli pieces into it.
Add the turmeric,chilli powder and salt to taste. Add little water along with it.
Cook until Brocoli turns tender.
