Brocoli masala

Ingredients : Brocoli small sized one Small onions 10 nos chopped Tomato 2 nos chopped Greenchilli 3nos Curry leaves 1string Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp Turmeric powder 1/4tsbp Chilli powder 1/2tsbp Mustard seeds 1/4tsbp Salt as needed  Oil as needed  Method: Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds to crackle.  Add the onion, greenchilli with curry leaves Sauté until onions turns glossy.  Add the chopped tomatos until it turns mushy.  Add the ginger garlic paste and cook until raw smell goes off.  Add the chopped Brocoli pieces into it.  Add the turmeric,chilli powder and salt to taste. Add little water along with it.  Cook until Brocoli turns tender. 

Mushroom kulambu

Method Mushroom 250grms Small onion 10nos thinly sliced Tomatos 2nos thinly sliced Greenchilli 2nos Curry leaves one string Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp Turmeric powder 1/4tbsl Chilli powder 1tbsp Coriander powder 1tbsp Garam masala 1tbsp Shredded coconut 1/4 cup Fennel seed 1/2tbsp Cinnamon small piece Oil as needed  Salt as needed  Mustard seeds for tempering Method: Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds to crackle. Add the onion, greenchilli with curry leaves Sauté well. Once onion gets cooked add the thinly sliced tomatos. Cook until it turns mushy.  Add the ginger garlic paste, cook until raw smell goes.  Add the mushroom pieces and mix well Add all the powder varieties and little water and mix well.  Add salt to taste.  Cook until the raw smell of the powder goes.  Add the coconut, fennel seeds with cinnamon. Cabbage poriyal

Ingredients: Cabbage 250grms shredded or thinly slices Large onion 1 no Green chilli's 3no Curry leaves one string  Oil as needed Mustard seed 1tbsp Channa dal 1tbsp Salt as per taste Method : Heat oil in a pan. Once oil gets heated add the mustard seeds to splutter. Then add channa dal. Fry for about a minute.  Add the sliced onions, greenchilli with curry leaves fry until onion gets cooked.  Once done add the sliced and washed Cabbage into.  Add salt to taste with a cup of water. Mix well and let it get cooked.  Once done Garnish with coriander leaves. Add coconut (optional). Fry for a minute. Done
